Somebody please ttell me what is the best way to clean seatbelts?

My seatbelts are a very light grey almost white. Is there a special product on the market|||Carpet cleaner in the can , the foaming stuff. and a plastic scrub brush|||wd 40 and wipe them off with towel|||take them out and put in washing machine with a cleaner called MEAN GREEN stuff works incredible!!
