yes. in case of sophisticated goods, the dealer, who investd a lot has to sell it for wafer thin margins.


in common goods like t- shirt etc; it helps the original owner, giving him the free publicity. helps common man with branded product (?) for very economical price.


but its legally illegal. and in gray market, the thoery is "sell n forget". so u won't get any after sales service.
