I need help finding information on Paraguay.?

I need to find information about the Paraguayan distribution channel/supply chain. The information I find is either not what I'm looking for or is in Spanish! Also, I need to find information on promotion (i.e. advertising, sales promotion, etc) in Paraguay and an article on countertrade or on grey markets in Paraguay.
