Ipod nano 4g purchase price?

ive seen da ipod nano 4g 8gb version...its officially costs 9700 bucks...in da grey market, it costs around 8000 bucks...however, there is no bill or warranty with the 8000 piece...the 9700 one comes with a bill and warranty...which one should i go for|||i think you should go with the $97.00 one and also fix your english..because i could not understand a word you said.
