I am recently on the job market again due to the economy and I am not sure if anything has changed in the last few years as far as resume paper is concerned. I was using grey, 32 weight paper. What colors and weights are most acceptable? Also, are handwritten thank you notes still sent? And what should I put my resumes, questions and paper in? A padfolio/portfolio? An envelope?
